In-Store Pick-up

You can pick up your order anytime during our business hours, we will notify you when the order is ready.

Local Order Delivery 

Within 10km radius of our store: free delivery over $69 (before tax)

10km to 20km radius of our store: free delivery over $99 (before tax) 

General Shipping Policy

Free shipping for orders over $150 Canadian dollars. 

For orders under $150 Canadian dollars, we charge a flat rate shipping fee:

CAD $10 for orders within Canada

CAD $20 for orders within United States

Preparing and Shipping Time

We will ship your order within 1-5 business days.

Will drop off parcels every Monday and Thursday

For local delivery, we deliver on every Sunday Morning/Noon 

Return/Refund

NO returns accepted except for product quality defects. If the products are damaged during shipping/delivery process, please contact us within 30 days of your purchase, we will examine the condition and provide exchange or refund.
